Weekly Training Schedule:
Been training a little different lately in preparation for Molokai but generally throughout the Surf Season I do:
Swim x4
Ski x3
Board x2
Iron x2
Run x2/3
Favourite Training session:
Has to be Saturday Morning Iron sessions, its generally the biggest and hardest set of the week, but everyone is there and ripping in so it’s always a good session to finish off the week.
Favourite Engine Product (and why):
Hard to choose from so many goodies, but I’d say my Engine Parka Jacket, it is the best thing to have on the beach to keep warm between events – I have a hate-hate relationship with the cold.
