What’s your favourite thing about competing? |
I absolutely love seeing and talking with my friends at competitions and carnivals. I love to compete at the best of my ability. |

Who is your role model and why? |
Lani Pallister is such an inspiration to me. She loves the ocean and pool swimming, just like I do. She works so hard and has a great philosophy about racing and training always being fun. |

What inspires you to be your best? |
The love to win! So, I am always striving to be better and better knowing that I have prepared and put in the hard training. |

Walk us through your routine of getting ‘in the zone’ before a major event / race |
I get really nervous before a big race or event! I try to relax by distracting myself by talking to my friends in the marshalling area as well as drawing or listening to music. |

To date, what’s your career highlight? |
My ocean highlight is winning the silver medal in the surf swim at the 2022 Australian Championships and my pool highlight was swimming at my first Age Nationals in Adelaide and finishing 8th in the 800m freestyle. |

Going into this season, what’s your number one goal? |
My number one goal is to enjoy my racing and appreciate my support network who help me to achieve what I do. It would be nice to get the gold at the Australian Surf Championships and to make a few National Age finals in the pool. |

It’s the night before a big competition... what’s your must-have meal?
|
My must have meal before a competition would be chicken schnitzel with avocado or a bowl of spaghetti bolognaise. |

What’s your favourite song to listen to before competing or during training?
|
I like listening to Eminem as it pumps me up before a race! |

|
Engine is the best! It looks good, it feels good, and I think it makes me fast! |

What’s your crucial Engine product(s) and why? |
The wingskin bullet race suit is a must-have for my pool racing. I also love the weapon goggles and shredskin pro when I am swimming in the surf. |
