What’s your favourite thing about competing?
Competing with friends from all over aus, and having fun competing against each other especially when there’s big surf
Who is your role model and why?
Brielle Cooper and Liz Pluimers. I’ve been able to train and learn from Brielle every day and she’s always pushing me to be better. Liz coached me when I was younger and taught me believe in myself and work hard to achieve my dreams.
What inspires you to be your best?
Feeling of accomplishment when I have achieved goals, I have set for myself
Walk us through your routine of getting ‘in the zone’ before a major event / race
Changes depending on the day and how I am feeling. Mainly focus on having a good warm up and understand the conditions and having a good mindset
