What inspires you to be your best?
My love for competition, the pure enjoyment of challenging myself against anyone for anything
Walk us through your routine of getting ‘in the zone’ before a major event / race
I always go for a small jog, watch the water, and get a feel for the ocean, then have a chat with whoever about whatever to maintain a relaxed state of mind. Overthinking ruins races.
To date, what’s your career highlight?
2022 Dash For Cash, sprinting up the beach in front of a crowd for 2K cash was epic!
Going into this season, what’s your number one goal?
Sticking to the basics, getting the work done and putting my best foot forward every chance I get.
