What’s your favourite thing about competing? |
Being able to catch up with friends from other clubs and being able to push myself to limits only experienced when competing. |

Who is your role model and why? |
Harriet Brown is someone that I look top to in Surf Life Saving. She has had many battles with broken bones, but each time she comes back stronger. |

What inspires you to be your best? |
Being able to prove to myself that I can be the best inspires me to be my best. |

Walk us through your routine of getting ‘in the zone’ before a major event / race |
Dinner the night before I compete will be Spaghetti Bolognese. I will also try to listen to some music and visualise the races. Morning of the carnival I will have a bowl of three week bix and one banana. This will get me ‘in the zone’ to compete. |

To date, what’s your career highlight? |
Sydney Branch 2022 would be my highlight. I competed in 5 events and received Gold in all 5. Closely followed by a bronze medal at the 2022 Aussies. |

Going into this season, what’s your number one goal? |
My number one goal this season is to be an Australian Champion in the Iron-person. |

What makes Engine products different from other gear out on the market?
|
Engine’s range of products is extremely varied and the quality of all their products still stays high. They have a large variety that fits everyone’s needs and wants. |

What’s your crucial Engine product(s) and why? |
My favourite products from Engine would have to be their Deck Parka and the Weapon goggles. Engine Deck parkas are far superior to others on the market. They’re perfect for throwing on straight after a race, or to wear to training on those cold winter mornings. I also cannot wear any other goggles aside from Engine’s Weapon Goggles. They have the best fit to my face and provide a full range of visibility in the surf and pool. |
