What’s your favourite thing about competing?
Racing in team events and the sense of accomplishment when I perform well and see all the hard work pay off.
Who is your role model and why?
My role model in life is my parents. They have supported me in my sporting endeavours and taught me how to be resilient, respectful and dedicated.
What inspires you to be your best?
The people that I train with everyday inspire me to my best

Surround myself with positive people and try not to overthink too much.
To date, what’s your career highlight?
Winner of the Nutri Grain Next Gen series
Going into this season, what’s your number one goal?
To be consistent throughout the season in making open iron finals and hopefully requalify in the series
It’s the night before a big competition... what’s your must-have meal?
Lasagne
What’s your favourite song to listen to before competing or during training?
I don’t normally like to listen to music before competing I would much rather surround myself with positive people under the tent
