Make Queensland Surf Life Saving Team.
Long Term Goal:
To win an Open Surf Lifesaving Australian Championship, make the Nutri Grain Series, to make an Australian Team. But most of all to achieve a medal in an Australian Open Taplin team with the mates I train with every day of the week.
Weekly Training Program:
Monday AM – swim squad session in pool, PM – Ski session
Tuesday AM - swim squad session in pool, PM – Board session
Wednesday AM – Iron session, PM – swim squad session in pool
Thursday AM - swim squad session in pool, PM – Board session
Friday AM - swim squad session in pool, PM – off
Saturday AM – Iron session
Sunday – either race or rest.

Favourite thing to do outside of your sport:
Not an easy question because I love sport so much but when I not playing sport I love to travel overseas with my parents and see the world. I like to listen to Rap music and play guitar. I also like to socialize with my friends and I am an AFL tragic so going to the footy with my mates ticks all the boxes.
