What’s your favourite thing about competing? |
The camaraderie between my team mates from Lorne and all the youth competitors from the Vic and interstate clubs . Watching the masters and my coaches and Lorne team mates compete |

Who is your role model and why? |
My mentor champion swimmer and masters competitor Tristen Read he works hard and is so generous with his time not only with me but all the kids in the club. He is also very humble. |

What inspires you to be your best? |
Working hard for the team who are also my mates |

Walk us through your routine of getting ‘in the zone’ before a major event / race |
A warm up swim or board with my team , checking out the course and picturing the event having quiet time in marshalling |

To date, what’s your career highlight? |
Winning overall water event champion at Victorian State Title and State Iron Title 2020 2021 2022. 2021 assisting in winning multiple team state titles for water events including - surf team, acqucam, |

Going into this season, what’s your number one goal? |
I was injured at Aussies 2022 so I would like to perfect my training and preparation to give Aussies 2023 my best and win a title for either our team or individually and to make finals in more events. I want to promote our Victorian team |
