Goals for this Season:

Medal at Australian Age Nationals and qualify for finals at the Australian Open Nationals

Qualify for the Australian Junior Worlds Team

Long Term Goal:   To be able to compete in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics

Weekly Training Schedule:

8 swim sessions, 2 gym sessions and 1 yoga session a week.

Monday: 4pm – 6pm swimming, 6pm – 7pm Gym

Tuesday: 5:30am – 7:30am swimming, 4pm – 6pm swimming Wednesday: 4pm – 6pm swimming, 6pm – 7pm Gym Thursday: 5:30am – 7:30am swimming , 4pm – 6pm swimming Friday: 4pm – 6pm swimming

Saturday: 5:45am – 7:45am swimming, 8am – 9am Yoga

Favourite Training session:

Yoga, it is at the end of the week and gives me something to look forward too. It is relaxing and stretches out my body ready for another week of intense training.

Favourite Engine Product (and why):

The training swimwear because it sits comfortably on my body and the material isn’t restricting during training. There are a variety of colours to choose from and the cut of the swimwear is ideal.

Favourite activity/hobby outside of your sport: Watching the footy, having down time on my own and hanging out with friends.

Best Advice you have received:

“The way you train is the way you play” – My dad was giving my brothers advice for their footy, but I relate it back to my swimming also.
